What phone models do your cases fit?

We currently only offer phone case for IPhone 11 to IPhone 16 Pro Max, but we are looking into adding more models!

How do I care for my phone case?

To keep your phone case clean and fresh use a damp cloth and avoid using any harsh chemicals.

How long does shipping take?

Orders shipped to the United States with Economy take: 4-8 business days

Orders shipped to the United States with Standard take: 2-5 business days

Orders shipped Internationally with Standard take: 10-30 business days

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that all orders are made to order we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any inquires feel free to reach out to us at: shopelaree@gmail.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do we ship to Europe, Asia, North America and Australia.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, check your email for order conformation and order tracking.
