Why No Returns?

As a small business, we focus on delivering carefully crafted products, and to maintain fair pricing and sustainable practices, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges at this time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopelaree@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a solution.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
